Charon in Astrology

Charon shows up in the same place in astrological charts as does Pluto, making it the first binary planet to be considered by astrology. It will not have a different position from one's natal or transiting Pluto. Charon is associated with money. Charon will have the same sign placement and all the same aspects as that of its parent planet Pluto.

Pluto in Capricorn

As Pluto enters Capricorn in December 2008. It is the end-date of the Mayan Calendar which concludes a count of time running 26,625 years. This is the approximate amount of time required for the points of the equinox to traverse an entire circle of the heavens. Interestingly, Mayan civilization was established in the 4th century of the Christian calendar with Pluto in Capricorn.
