Astrologers ascribe rulership of grain-eating bird such as chickens and swans, both carriers of the avian flu virus to Jupiter. This is noteworthy since we are in the waning degrees of Pluto in Jupiter-ruled Sagittarius.. The Saturn-Neptune cycle also plays an important role in the spread of the avian flu virus.

Taureans should be beware of throat infections, goiter and respiratory ailments such as asthma, diseases of the genitals, womb, liver and kidneys. Geminis beware of diseases and accidents associated with the upper part of the body, as well as nervous and pulmonary disorders such as catarrh and bronchitis. Cancerians are said to be liable to breast cancer and to suffer from pleurisy, dropsy, piles and varicose veins. Leos have pain in the back and lungs, spinal complaints, diseases of the heart and blood, sickness in ribs and sides, convulsions. Virgos are prone to catarrh, cold, coughs, pleurisies, pneumonia and nervous instabilities. Libras are susceptible to troubles in the kidneys and bladder, especially gravel and stone. Scorpios have ailments of the liver and kidneys, stones and gravel in the bladder or genitals, and other genital ills such as priapism. Sagittarians suffer from ailments of the hips and thighs and are liable to sciatica and rheumatism. Capricorns have skin diseases from rashes and boils to leprosy and digestive upsets. Aquarian ailments are in the legs and ankles, such as cramps, and are also liable to spasmodic and nervous complaints, as well as wind, catarrh, diarrhea. Pisceans can be threatened by anaemia, boils, ulcers and other skin diseases, inflammation of the eyelids, gout, foot disorders.

is in the constellation Hydra, and the bear. AIDS hibernates
in people before it wakes up and kills them like a bear. In
Greek mythology, the Hydra was a multi-headed serpent which
kept growing a new head, each time one was cut off by Hercules;
the Hydra had nine heads, the middle one being immortal. This
sounds like AIDS, which keeps mutating.
